Project Manager

Job Summary

KalSoft is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3 to 4 years of project management experience who have a strong track record of coordinating technology and business projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and monitoring projects managing stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan coordinate and execute projects within defined scope timeline and budget.
• Monitor project progress milestones and deliverables to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders clients and technical teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare project documentation status reports meeting minutes project plans and regular updates.
• Identify project risks issues and dependencies and escalate them to senior management when required.
• Support resource allocation task management and team coordination across project teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes project management standards and best practices.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Conduct project review meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Track project performance deliverables and action items to ensure successful project closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related challenges and maintain delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration Management or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in Project Management Project Coordination or related roles.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies processes and tools.
• Strong organizational planning and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on software development IT projects digital transformation or technology initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira Confluence Microsoft Project Trello or similar platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP CAPM PRINCE2 Agile or Scrum certifications are a plus.
