About the Role

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join its Revenue Management team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting commercial decision-making and optimizing the resort's revenue performance through data-driven analysis and market intelligence. The Revenue Analyst will contribute to maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining Rosewood's ultra-luxury positioning.

Role Context and Purpose

The Revenue Analyst will support the development and execution of revenue strategies. This includes detailed analysis of market trends, business performance, forecasting, and pricing opportunities. The role provides valuable insights that drive commercial decisions, optimize hotel performance, and support long-term revenue growth. This position requires analytical expertise and attention to detail to contribute to a luxury hospitality destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance, booking trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for hotel leadership.
• Support pricing, inventory management, and revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations based on business trends and market conditions.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align commercial objectives and initiatives.
• Maintain data accuracy across revenue management systems, reservation platforms, and reporting tools.

Team Collaboration

This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams. The aim is to ensure alignment on commercial objectives and initiatives to optimize overall resort revenue performance.
