About the Role

Rosewood AMAALA is seeking a Saudi National Waiter/ess to join its Food & Beverage team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering attentive and personalized food and beverage service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and contributing to a welcoming dining environment for guests.

Team and Purpose

As a member of the Food & Beverage team, you will report to the Team Leader. The team is committed to creating dining experiences and maintaining high service, hygiene, and brand standards. Rosewood Hotel Group aims to enrich the relationship between people and place, focusing on positive impact and honoring the culture of its locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service, ensuring guests receive attentive and personalized care.
• Accurately take and process guest orders using the POS system, promoting menu items and beverage selections.
• Prepare and serve various beverages, including specialty coffees and wines, in accordance with service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of assigned stations, dining areas, and equipment.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold all Rosewood brand, Forbes, LQA, HACCP, health, safety, and hygiene standards, supporting compliance in daily operations.
