About the Role
Hilton is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing day-to-day guest services operations and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests. The supervisor will be responsible for leading a team and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the guest services team in performing all guest services functions, including bell services, luggage storage, package delivery, valet, parking, and related systems.
- Lead day-to-day team operations, which includes creating team schedules, assigning tasks, and conducting pre-shift meetings.
- Provide training, guidance, and immediate feedback to team members.
- Oversee guest issue resolution by responding to inquiries and concerns directly, and supporting team members with complex or escalated issues.
- Manage special projects and lead department initiatives or ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in guest services or a similar hospitality role.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of guest services operations and related systems.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a hotel environment, focusing on guest satisfaction and team leadership.
