Job Summary
Lead group-wide finance and accounting operations partnering with global holdings to establish finance governance reporting rhythms and robust controls while managing day-to-day compliance audit readiness forecasting and investment support.
Job PurposeBuild and run scalable group finance/accounting systems and policies ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting effective controls full statutory compliance and optimized cash flow through rigorous budgeting and forecasting across all holdings.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Finance governance & controls
- Group accounting systems & reporting
- Financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Month-end reconciliations
- Budgeting & cash flow forecasting
- Payroll review & controls
- Tax structuring & compliance
- Audit coordination & statutory returns
- Regulatory compliance & filings
- Executive stakeholder communication
- Problem solving & financial research
- Accounting software & reporting tools
- Team coordination across holdings
Qualifications :
