• Track and expedite material deliveries to meet project schedules, proactively addressing potential delays.
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgements, lead times, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor material status reports, identifying and escalating critical shortages or potential impacts to the project.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, with preference for a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.

• Possess relevant certifications such as APICS or ISM, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in material expediting or a related role within a manufacturing or construction environment.

• Experience in the Oil and Gas, Construction, or Manufacturing industry is highly valued.
