Job Summary
Title:
Construction & Commissioning EngineerConstruction & Commissioning Engineers with refinery and petrochemical startup/commissioning experience. Preference should be given to candidates from the Western Region as the work location will be Yanbu.
Job Description :
Bachelors degree in mechanical Electrical Chemical Instrumentation or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Petrochemical or Industrial projects.
Mandatory: Saudi Aramco project experience.
Strong knowledge of construction pre-commissioning commissioning start-up and system handover activities.
Supervise and coordinate construction activities in compliance with project specifications Saudi Aramco standards quality requirements and HSE regulations.
Monitor site progress resolve technical issues and ensure timely project execution.
Coordinate with Engineering QA/QC HSE Vendors and Construction teams to achieve project objectives.
Manage Mechanical Completion Punch List closure System Turnover and handover documentation.
Execute pre-commissioning activities including flushing pressure testing loop checking and functional testing.
Lead commissioning and start-up activities for process utility and support systems.
Support troubleshooting performance testing and final handover to Operations.
Prepare commissioning reports test records and project close-out documentation.
Experience in Saudi Aramco Brownfield and Greenfield projects Utilities Tank Farms Pipelines and Industrial Facilities is preferred.
Familiarity with Mechanical Piping Electrical and Instrumentation systems.
