Role Description The Financial Analyst Investment Banking role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The individual in this role will support deal execution by building detailed financial models, performing valuations, and conducting industry and company research. Daily tasks include preparing pitch books and presentations, analyzing financial statements, supporting due diligence, and assisting in the preparation of transaction-related documentation. The analyst will collaborate with senior team members on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other advisory mandates, ensuring that all analyses are accurate, timely, and aligned with client objectives. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Financial Modeling and Valuation skills for transaction analysis and scenario planning.
• Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills and Financial Analysis capabilities for interpreting data and assessing performance.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance principles, capital markets, and investment banking products.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases and tools.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is beneficial.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
