About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Engineer – Juniper Networking to support our sales team in identifying customer requirements, designing technical solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering compelling technical presentations. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them transform their network infrastructure through innovative networking, security, wireless, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
- Design and propose networking, wireless, cloud, and security solutions based on Juniper and HPE Aruba technologies.
- Prepare high-quality technical proposals, solution architectures, statements of work (SOWs), and bill of materials (BOMs).
- Conduct technical presentations, workshops, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning technical and commercial strategies.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with comprehensive technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance on network transformation, cloud connectivity, AI-driven networking, and security frameworks.
- Work closely with vendor teams and technology partners to maintain technical excellence.
- Stay current on emerging networking technologies, certifications, and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in networking presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
- Strong expertise in:
- Enterprise Networking
- Routing & Switching
- Wireless Solutions
- Network Security
- SD-WAN
- Data Center Networking
- Cloud Networking
- AI-Driven Network Operations
- Preferred Certifications & Training
Candidates with the following certifications will be highly preferred:
- Juniper Networks Certified Design Associate (JNCDA)
- HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional – Campus Access Architect
- HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional – Network Security
- Juniper JNCIA-Junos
- Juniper JNCIA-Cloud
- Juniper JNCIA-MistAI
- Juniper JNCIS-MistAI
- HPE Aruba Networking Certified Network Architect – Campus Access
- HPE Sales Certified – HPE Aruba Networking Solutions
Technical Skills
- Juniper MX, EX, QFX, SRX, Mist AI, Apstra, SD-WAN
