Role Overview

MANGO is seeking an experienced Retail District Manager to oversee franchise operations in the Middle East, specifically in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for driving store sales growth within the assigned area, ensuring success across franchise operations by optimizing product and merchandising strategies, strengthening wholesale partner efficiency, developing store teams, and delivering a consistent customer experience in alignment with global brand standards and contractual commitments. The role requires over 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives aligned with market and company objectives.
• Monitor franchise store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
• Ensure compliance with contract agreements, company image, and operational standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance product management and merchandising execution in franchise stores.
• Ensure efficient operations of wholesale partners to support sustainable sales growth.
• Lead merchandising and trading strategy training for franchise partners and store teams.
• Build strong relationships with franchise partners and serve as the primary liaison between partners and MANGO HQ.
• Support franchise stores in People-focused processes while ensuring policy and visual standards are met.
• Coordinate and contribute to training programs for store teams across the region.
• Ensure a high standard of customer experience by implementing best retail practices and maintaining service standards.
• Support omnichannel retail operations and digital service integration across franchise stores.
• Empower teams to develop their capabilities in both in-store experience and omnichannel services.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably within a district or multi-store oversight capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage franchise operations.
• Experience in product management, merchandising strategies, and wholesale partner relations.
• Strong background in team development and customer experience management.
