- Identify customer needs and budget and provide appropriate options.
- Explain the specifications and features of ceramic and porcelain products and the differences between them.
- Advise customers on sizes, designs, and appropriate product uses.
- Prepare price quotes and invoices and follow up on sales procedures.
- Follow up with customers, respond to their inquiries, and convert sales opportunities into actual sales.
- Achieve set monthly sales targets and KPIs.
