About the Role
كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Principal Designer - Electrical to join their team. This full-time role involves functioning as a technical specialist, making authoritative decisions and recommendations that significantly impact extensive engineering and related company activities. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide authoritative technical decisions and recommendations that have a far-reaching impact on engineering and related company activities.
- Negotiate critical and controversial issues with top-level engineers and officers from other organizations and companies.
- Perform advisory and consulting work for the organization, serving as a recognized authority in broad program areas or intensely specialized fields.
- Contribute directly to value creation within the company's operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in electrical design or a related engineering field.
- Demonstrated ability to function as a technical specialist with recognized authority.
- Proven track record of making impactful decisions and recommendations.
