Job description
About Us:
Abdul Latif Jameel Financing Company is a closed joint-stock company licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to provide financing solutions for leasing activities, asset financing, consumer product financing, and real estate financing.
The company's capital amounts to 1 billion Saudi Riyals, fully paid. Abdul Latif Jameel Financing Company operates to provide a diverse range of financing solutions for individuals and small to medium enterprises, in addition to supporting entrepreneurs through the "Ruzuq Jameel" program for micro-financing.
Job Purpose:
To establish relationships with clients to ensure appropriate communication between the client and the organization to guarantee timely payment of monthly dues.
Qualifications:
· The minimum qualification is a high school diploma, preferably with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
· 0 to 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Working Days:
· From Sunday to Thursday.
Working Hours:
· Morning shift: 08:00 - 12:30
· Evening shift: 04:00 – 08:30
Skills
Main Responsibilities:
- Effective communication with clients.
- Monitoring clients and encouraging them to settle monthly payments.
- Adhering to the implementation of telephone communication protocols.
- Updating client data and recording communication outcomes.
- Contacting clients through the approved communication channels in accordance with the regulations set by the Saudi Central Bank.
- Complying with the company's policies and procedures and the relevant regulatory systems.
- Achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Preparing daily and monthly reports related to communication outcomes.
