Merchant Relations Specialist – Joolers

Job Description

Joolers announces a job vacancy for the position of Merchant Relations Specialist to work in Riyadh. The specialist will be responsible for onboarding merchants and brands, managing relationships, following up on registration and activation procedures, and improving their experience on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract suitable merchants and brands to join the platform.
• Communicate with merchants to explain the business model and services provided.
• Follow up on registration, contracting, and activation procedures on the platform.
• Collect and track the necessary data and documents to activate merchant accounts.
• Coordinate with merchants to add products and complete their data.
• Manage daily relationships with merchants and address their needs and feedback.
• Monitor merchant performance and their adherence to requirements and service levels.
• Contribute to growing the merchant network and improving their experience with Joolers.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in merchant relations, account management, business development, or e-commerce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• High organizational and follow-up skills.
• Previous experience with e-commerce platforms or Marketplace models is preferred.
• Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury goods sector is preferred.
