With a strong 8-year track record of growth, Halawa ALmassa Factory is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our administrative transformation, optimize our organizational structure, and drive talent acquisition and retention strategies to support our next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Department Infrastructure: Establish and continuously enhance HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance framework.

Organizational Development: Lead workforce planning, organizational structuring, and job description refinement across all departments.

Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment with a focus on executive roles, sales, marketing, and operational teams.

Performance Management: Implement OKRs/KPIs and performance appraisal systems in close alignment with department heads.

Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive salary structures, incentive schemes, and career progression pathways.

Employee Relations & Operations: Supervise personnel management, payroll processing, employment contracts, and labor relations.

Government Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Labor Law and manage relevant government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, etc.).

Strategic Reporting: Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support workforce scaling.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.

Core Expertise: Proven track record in building or restructuring HR systems and driving strategic talent acquisition.

Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local compliance portals (qiwa, Mudad, GOSI).

Skills: Strong capabilities in behavioral interviewing, negotiation, data analytics, and performance management.

Preferred: Prior experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or retail sectors. Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are a distinct advantage.
