The school integrates AI learning into the curriculum. It aligns with UNESCOs 12 competences across four domains: Human-Centered Mindset Ethics of AI AI Techniques and Applications and AI System Design.

Job Overview:
Working directly with the school director the successful candidate will be expected to fulfill several roles including:
Supporting Teachers
- Classroom Observations: Visit classes to watch teaching methods and give feedback.
- Lesson Plans: Check and approve teacher lesson plans records and assignments.
- Professional Development: Train teachers and share modern teaching strategies.
Monitoring Student Progress
- Academic Performance: Track student grades and test results to spot struggling learners early.
- Intervention Plans: Help create extra support programs or tutoring for students who need help.
Managing Curriculum and Rules
- Curriculum Development: Design and update course materials to meet school and government standards.
- Policy Compliance: Make sure the school follows educational policies rules and schedules.
Requirements
- Preferably a native English speaker or fluent in English.
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- At least ten years of experience in educational administration
- Excellent references from previous employment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about education and committed to student development.
