Description:

Directs the day-to-day activities of the Directorates operations. Evaluates current and proposed systems processes and procedures. Directs changes as necessary and oversees the design and implementation of new processes. Provides subject matter expertise based on experience in the aviation facilities industry. Leads mentors and supervises the work of subordinate managers. Facilitates company goals by participating in strategic planning initiatives and aligning Directorate strategies with internal resources. Directs the personnel administrative and financial functions for the Directorate. Follows guidance provided by OPM-SANG.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent FM experience.

• Ten years experience working as a manager or military equivalent.

• Responsible for all FM Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.

• Experience in airfield management training development operations aviation maintenance and aviation logistics supply chain management.

• Knowledge of policies principles and procedures of military staff organization and operations.

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.

• Ability to deal effectively with people in the completion of staff functions.

• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.

• Proficient in MS Office Professional software required (Word Excel Power Point and Outlook).

• Knowledge of MNG and OPM-MNG operational procedures concerning job related activities.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
