Job Summary:

We are seeking an Arabic speaking Project Coordinator to join our project services team and support our Project Managers with the delivery of B2B Learning and Development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project tasks on project management tools, such as ZOHO.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide them with regular project updates.
• Ensure project requirements are clearly defined and documented.
• Monitor project progress and raise any issues or risks to the Project Manager and Directors.
• Prepare project reports and share the same with clients.
• Prepare training certificates for learners and sharing the same with clients.
• Manage training content related logistics, which includes printing, uploading of content on the LMS and sharing the same with any relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management or related field
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the learning and development industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with project management tools, such as like monday.com
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
