Seeking a talented Presales Engineer to join our team! We're a technology solutions provider specializing in ITIL Consultancy & ITSM Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and understand IT products and solutions to offer accurate recommendations tailored to client needs
• Engage with clients to identify their business requirements through discovery calls and meetings
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Respond to product inquiries and offer expert advice to build strong client relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to assess technical feasibility and contribute to proposals
• Address technical objections and provide support to help close sales

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Very good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions, systems, and technologies.
