About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is seeking a Catering Coordinator to join its team. This full-time position involves providing essential support to Catering Managers and Directors in the planning and execution of events. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative and logistical aspects within catering operations, directly contributing to guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Catering Managers and Directors.
Coordinate event logistics, including menus, guest inquiries, and special requests.
Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and maintain accurate event records.
Ensure effective communication with various hotel departments for seamless event execution.
Assist in planning and organizing diverse catering functions, from corporate events to social gatherings.
Support the management of meeting room bookings and availability.
Maintain updated client information and manage follow-up actions.
Utilize catering software, such as Golden Sales and Catering, to track event details.
Coordinate with Food & Beverage teams to ensure guest expectations are met.
Assist with AV and technology coordination as required.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment and Company
This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. The Catering Coordinator will work within the hotel's catering department, collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality event services.
Localization Requirement
This position is designated for localization and is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals, in accordance with applicable Saudi labor laws and localization requirements.
