Responsibilities:

1. Manage and analyze current commercial operations to identify areas for improvement, using data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI to achieve effective results.
2. Develop new strategies to improve operational efficiency, facilitating the achievement of financial and operational goals for the company.
3. Coordinate activities between different teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, enhancing productivity and reducing gaps between departments.
4. Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance, along with actionable recommendations based on data to strengthen strategic decisions.
5. Train new employees on operations and procedures, aiding in the acceleration of adaptation and productivity in the work environment.
