Job Summary
URGENT HIRING CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER KSA
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR /month
Industry: Civil Construction
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1012 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Strong experience in KSA civil construction projects
- Experience managing project execution site teams subcontractors and consultants
- Strong knowledge of civil works construction methodologies drawings BOQs and project documentation
- Ability to manage project schedules budgets quality and HSE requirements
- Strong leadership coordination and client-management skills
- Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and regulations
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- KSA experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan manage and execute civil construction projects from start to completion
- Supervise project teams subcontractors and site activities
- Monitor project progress quality cost and timelines
- Coordinate with clients consultants and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with HSE and project requirements
- Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues
