Job Summary
HIRING QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) KSA
Location: Saudi Arabia
Industry: Civil Construction
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying or related field
- 58 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- KSA experience in civil construction projects is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of BOQs quantity take-offs cost estimation and measurement
- Experience in preparing and reviewing variations claims and valuations
- Knowledge of subcontractor and supplier payments and commercial documentation
- Experience with project cost control budgets and financial reporting
- Ability to review drawings specifications contracts and scope of work
- Good knowledge of construction contracts and commercial procedures
- Strong Excel and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Prepare and review BOQs and measurements
- Monitor project costs and budget against actual progress
- Prepare interim payment applications and valuations
- Review and manage variations claims and change orders
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Maintain accurate commercial and cost-control records
- Coordinate with Project Managers Site Engineers consultants and subcontractors
- Support contract administration and commercial negotiations
