Employment type: Full-time Workplace: On-site Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Salary: SR 16,000 We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our on-site team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging learning experiences for young children, support their holistic development, and work collaboratively with colleagues and families to provide a high-quality early years setting. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and learning activities for children in the early years age group. Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence and positive behaviour. Assess and monitor children s progress, maintain accurate records and use assessment to inform planning and next steps. Implement a play-based curriculum that supports communication, physical development, social skills and early literacy and numeracy. Observe and report safeguarding concerns promptly and follow the setting s policies and procedures for child protection and health and safety. Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular feedback and guidance on children s learning and development. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and external professionals to support individual needs and inclusive practice. Participate in staff meetings, professional development and continuous improvement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Years or a related field, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Previous experience teaching in an early years setting, with a strong understanding of early childhood development and best practice. Good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage. Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety requirements, and experience applying these in practice. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage children, parents and colleagues effectively. Willingness to undertake professional development and training as required.
