Key Responsibilities / Experience
Managed physical and virtual infrastructure including servers, storage, network, racks, cabling, power, and cooling.
Supported virtualization, backup, monitoring, incident management, change management, and escalation processes.
Coordinated with network, system, security, facilities, and vendor teams to ensure uptime.
Maintained access controls, asset records, operational procedures, audit evidence, and DR readiness.
