Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analysis Team Lead to own requirements, process design, and stakeholder alignment for an enterprise Board Management System for a leading government entity in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the BA team and own the requirements lifecycle.

Prepare and approve BRD, SRS, and FRD documents.

Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and run gap analysis.

Write User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.

Run workshops with stakeholders and decision-makers.

Support UAT and drive change management and user training.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Engineering / IT.

10+ years in business analysis and requirements management.

Strong BRD / SRS / FRD documentation.

BPMN, UML, and Use Case modeling.

Functional and non-functional requirements gathering.

Stakeholder and expectation management.

Experience with enterprise, workflow, or committee/board management systems.

Knowledge of governance and digital transformation frameworks.
