We are looking for talented Sales Specialists to join our team
Job Title: Sales Specialist.
Location: Riyadh.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
Hours: 5-6 hours
Responsibilities
Welcoming clients and following up with them until completing sales and signing contracts
Building sustainable relationships with clients and providing distinguished service
Managing sales operations and negotiations
Organizing tours of units and presenting suitable offers to clients
Preparing proposals and reports for clients and management
Communicating with clients by phone and answering inquiries
Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate sales (preferred)
Good knowledge of the real estate market and recent trends
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
Managing client data via CRM systems and preparing reports
