Role Description The Building Painter role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Riyadh Region. The painter is responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and matching paints, and applying coatings to walls, ceilings, facades, and other building elements using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Day-to-day tasks include taping and covering surfaces, repairing minor imperfections, applying primers and finish coats, and ensuring clean, precise lines and uniform coverage. The painter also maintains tools and equipment, follows safety procedures, collaborates with supervisors and other trades, and adheres to project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Ability to work with different types of paint and coatings, including proper mixing, application, and cleanup.
• Skills in Painting and Decorating, including surface preparation, color application, and finishing details.
• Experience in general Painting work on interior and exterior surfaces of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
• Proficiency in Spray Painting techniques for efficient and even coverage on various surfaces.
• Knowledge of safety practices, including use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of materials.
• Physical ability to stand, climb, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering neat, high-quality finishes within set deadlines.
• Prior experience in building painting or related construction trades; vocational training or certification is an advantage.
