Double Marks Contracting is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our Data Center Division in Riyadh.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction surveying, preferably on large structural and concrete projects.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia mandatory.
• Proficient in Total Station, Auto Level and setting-out works.
• Strong AutoCAD 2D and Excel skills are mandatory.
• Ability to extract coordinates, prepare setting-out drawings, survey reports and as-built drawings.
• Experience with foundations, raft slabs, columns and concrete structures.
• Civil 3D knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with site engineers and consultants.
• Good computer skills and ability to support technical documentation.
