The required qualifications:
1/ Bachelor's degree in accounting 2/ 5 years of experience or more in the accounting field 3/ Experience working with real estate development companies
The job responsibilities:
Preparation of daily entries and their posting
Management of ongoing liabilities and debts
Preparation of financial statements and periodic reports
Preparation of tax and zakat declarations
Review of reconciliations
Coordination with external auditors
Monitoring project costs and preparing budgets

· Cost and Project Accounting
· Management of Real Estate Revenues
· Taxes, Zakat, and Local Regulations
· Management of Cash Flows
· Accounting Software and ERP Systems
· Financial Reporting Standards
