Job description
We are looking for a Showroom Manager to run our showroom and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily showroom operations and achieve sales targets.
- Handle purchasing and supplier relations.
- Control inventory (counts, replenishment, reducing slow-moving or expired stock).
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Run promotions and visual merchandising.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the team.
- Monitor expenses and prepare performance reports.
- Track sales and inventory KPIs.
Skills
- 3+ years managing a showroom or retail branch.
- Experience in medical supplies or cosmetics preferred.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory, and POS systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Arabic required; English is a plus.
