Job description
The HR CoE Senior Specialist role at our real estate development organization in Riyadh offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, and talent management. The role focuses on enhancing HR policies, performance management, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning to support business objectives and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR Center of Excellence, organizational development, or strategic HR functions, with strong analytical capabilities and experience in HR transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and frameworks.
- Manage performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and reporting.
- Support organizational design, job evaluation, and grading structures.
- Conduct compensation and benefits analysis, salary benchmarking, and internal equity reviews.
- Coordinate workforce planning and manpower budgeting activities.
- Develop HR dashboards, analytics, and reports to support decision-making.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
Skills
- 4+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably within HR CoE or organizational development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- Experience in workforce planning, job evaluation, and salary structures.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
