We are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist with excellent communication and persuasion skills to attract potential customers, generate sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Contact potential customers by phone and introduce the company’s services.
● Generate new leads and convert opportunities into successful sales.
● Follow up with customers and close sales deals.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
● Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
● Target-driven with a strong ability to achieve sales KPIs.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
