Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (CIPS/CPSM/CPM a plus).

  
  

• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement/supply chain, with several years in a senior leadership role.

  
  

• Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving supplier performance.

  
  

• Experience with procurement automation tools and ERP systems.

  
  

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  
  

Role Purpose & Responsibilities

Role Purpose

Tahreez is a Saudi systems integrator and technology contractor delivering advanced security, communication, AV, AIoT, healthcare digitalization, and data center solutions, with strong “design–build–operate” and managed services offerings. The company operates as part of Alturki Holding and partners with global leaders (e.g., PMY Group) to deliver and manage mission-critical infrastructure for smart cities, critical facilities, and live sports and entertainment venues.

The Head of Procurement leads Tahreez's procurement function, driving supplier management excellence, procurement efficiency, and cost optimization to support the company's project delivery and managed services business.

Role Responsibilities

Supplier Management

• Optimize supplier management processes to enhance supplier performance and reduce costs.

  
  

• Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure compliance and quality.

  
  

• Build and maintain collaborative supplier relationships that support long-term value creation.

  
  

• Negotiate favorable commercial terms and manage supplier relationships across categories.

  
  

Procurement Efficiency

• Streamline procurement processes to reduce procurement cycle time and improve turnaround.

  
  

• Implement procurement automation tools and drive process improvements across the team.

  
  

• Define and monitor team productivity metrics, ensuring consistent application of standardized processes.

  
  

• Partner with IT to support the implementation and adoption of procurement systems and tools.

  
  

Cost Management

• Implement cost management strategies to achieve targeted reductions in procurement costs.

  
  

• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards.

  
  

• Conduct budget variance analysis and partner with Finance on regular cost review meetings.

  
  

• Balance cost-reduction objectives against quality, delivery, and risk considerations.

  
  

Governance & Leadership

• Lead regular progress reviews to ensure procurement objectives remain on track.

  
  

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, recommending recognition mechanisms for teams delivering strong cost savings and process gains.

  
  

• Champion global procurement processes, tools, and systems across the organization.
