Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
2. Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and audits, utilizing ERP SAP systems to track materials accurately, thereby minimizing discrepancies and ensuring product availability.
3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries, ensuring that all incoming materials are inspected and documented upon arrival to maintain quality control standards.
4. Implement and maintain an organized storage system that maximizes space utilization and ensures easy accessibility of products, facilitating smoother retrieval processes.
5. Prepare and process shipping documents and labels, ensuring that all outgoing shipments are accurately recorded and dispatched on time to meet client deadlines.
6. Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance on best practices for handling materials and equipment to foster a safe and productive work environment.
7. Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and addressing any maintenance issues promptly to avoid disruptions in operations.
8. Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, reducing the risk of accidents and creating a safe workplace for all employees.
9. Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs, contributing to the overall efficiency of the supply chain and improving service delivery.
