Job description
- Supervise a team of merchandisers and delegate tasks effectively.
- Ensure compliance with established display and merchandising standards within stores.
- Monitor product availability on shelves.
- Prepare regular reports on performance, sales, and market conditions.
- Oversee and evaluate team member performance, facilitating coordination and providing feedback.
- Resolve field issues faced by the team promptly and effectively.
Skills
- Experience of 2–4 years in Merchandising
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English
