Role Overview

The Recruitment Manager (Saudi National Only) is responsible for leading the full talent acquisition strategy for the property in Saudi Arabia. This role ensures the attraction, selection, and onboarding of talent aligned with the brand’s culture and service philosophy. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the Recruitment Manager partners with department leaders to build high-performing teams and deliver an engaging candidate experience. This full-time position combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment delivery, focusing on strong talent pipelines, efficient hiring processes, and consistent employer brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual recruitment strategy in alignment with business needs, pre-opening or operational workforce plans, and Saudization targets.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements, budget considerations, and succession planning needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure job descriptions are accurate, market-aligned, and reflective of brand positioning.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Drive innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, recruitment events, career fairs, and industry networking.
• Strengthen the employer brand by ensuring a consistent candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Oversee and monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire metrics.
• Ensure fair, unbiased, and compliant hiring practices in line with local labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with the Government Relations Manager for smooth transition from offer stage to visa processing and onboarding where applicable.
• Support workforce nationalization initiatives and diversity goals in line with local regulations and company strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with local universities, hospitality institutes, and training programs to attract emerging Saudi talent.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners, negotiating terms and monitoring performance.
• Oversee onboarding schedules in collaboration with People Operations and Training teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting dashboards, and manpower tracking systems.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and hiring practices in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
