JOB PURPOSE:

The Feed Miller oversees the production of animal feed products, ensuring consistency, nutritional accuracy, and compliance with feed industry regulations. The role operates and supervises feed milling equipment and ensures efficient use of raw materials. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Operate and supervise feed milling machines. Monitor and adjust parameters to achieve nutritional specifications. Coordinate raw material inputs and ensure minimal wastage. Conduct in-process checks and support feed quality testing. Maintain production logs and report performance. Enforce safety and hygiene protocols. Collaborate with nutritionists and quality teams. Train junior feed mill operators. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with feed safety standards. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager in line with business needs. Adhere to company code of conduct, ethics, and relevant Saudi labor and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or related field. 3 5 years of experience in feed milling operations. Knowledge of feed formulas, mixing, and quality standards. Ability to work shifts and supervise operators.
