Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and managing the execution of its real estate development and investment projects.

The role involves coordinating internal teams, external partners, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects progress efficiently, on schedule, and in line with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Project Management & Oversight: Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and key milestones across Fourmen's portfolio.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily operational activities, coordinate priorities, and ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with developers, contractors, consultants, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
• Planning & Reporting: Prepare project plans, progress reports, management updates, and action trackers.
• Execution & Follow-Up: Track commitments, identify bottlenecks, escalate critical issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Management Support: Work closely with senior management to implement strategic decisions, coordinate meetings, and support business development initiatives.
