Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate the excavator (hammer/drill) with high efficiency in accordance with occupational safety standards.
• Participate in carrying out excavation and demolition work at designated construction sites.
• Conduct daily periodic inspections of the equipment to ensure its technical readiness and avoid breakdowns.
• Adhere to the direct supervisor's instructions regarding daily work plans.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and its basic maintenance system.
• Strictly abide by safety rules at work sites to protect yourself and colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license (a heavy equipment license is preferred).
• Ability to work in various field environments.
• Full commitment to working hours and project schedules.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.

Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination skills to control the excavator's control levers.
• Ability to understand simple plans and accurately identify work locations.
