Red Sea Global (RSG) is developing the AMAALA Yacht Club, a premier destination on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast. Located within the Triple Bay Marina, the club offers 120 berths for superyachts up to 130 meters, alongside a Marina Village. The AMAALA Yacht Club emphasizes sustainability and regenerative tourism, aligning with Vision 2030, and is set to host The Ocean Race Grand Finale in 2027.

Role Overview

The Specialist - Information Technology supports the delivery, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT services and solutions. This full-time role involves providing technical support, assisting with daily IT operations, and participating in technology projects to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support for users, devices, systems, and IT services.
• Assist in maintaining the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services.
• Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of technology solutions and equipment.
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects, system upgrades, and operational initiatives.
• Support business applications and technology services to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, records, and support logs.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support information security, data protection, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies.
• Provide technical assistance for meetings, events, and operational activities when required.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities as directed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business and operational needs.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management in support of IT and business operations.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
