About the Role
Starlinks is seeking an Associate, BI & Data to join its team. This full-time role involves supporting the Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics team in managing and analyzing complex datasets to drive strategic decision-making. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions.
Role Overview
The Associate, BI & Data will contribute to the organization's data strategy by developing and maintaining BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and ensuring data accuracy and integrity through cleaning and visualization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics team in managing and analyzing complex datasets to inform strategic decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Perform data cleaning, data visualization, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (0-1 years) with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization and the ability to present data insights effectively to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
