Provide strategic and operational leadership for their respective school namely our:

- Boys Secondary & Senior School

Translate the Whole-School Strategic Plan, Whole-School implementation plan into a phase-specific Sub School Implementation Plan with clear KPIs, ensuring consistent practice across campuses and alignment with school values.

They will manage their senior school following all approved handbooks and policies ensuring that they are followed by the whole staff. Will assist the Executive Principal , as directed, with all aspects of running of their respective school including planning, organising, leading and controlling activities. They shall further develop a strong collaborative relationship with the other Heads of School to ensure consistency of implementation of the above.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree must match the subject plus Teaching Qualification.

QTS: From UK, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand

Experience: Minimum 5 years required, may consider less for the right person

Curriculum: Within secondary school (Years 6 to 12) and require experience with the Cambridge and/or UK curriculum, alongside IGCSE and, ideally, the IB Diploma Programme:
