An architect or experienced professional with a creative spirit, high design sense, and the ability to turn architectural ideas into precise technical drawings and plans using the latest engineering software, with proficiency in preparing and delivering project presentations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Participating in preparing preliminary and executive architectural designs for various projects.

• Preparing architectural plans (Plans, Sections, Elevations) using AutoCAD and Revit.

• Creating 3D architectural models (3D Modeling) and preparing working drawings using engineering software.

• Preparing 3D renderings and finalizing them for presentation.

• Using Photoshop for rendering and processing architectural drawings (Photoshop Rendering).

• Preparing and designing project presentations to showcase to clients and senior management.

• Participating in reviewing plans and coordinating with other engineering departments (civil, electrical, mechanical).

• Staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in architectural design and engineering software.

• Adhering to quality standards and approved technical specifications of the office/company.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering

• Membership in the Council of Engineers

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Revit (BIM) software.

• Skill in 3D visualization and SketchUp.

• Proficiency in Photoshop for architectural rendering.

• Skill in preparing and designing presentations (PowerPoint and similar software).

• Knowledge of additional software such as Lumion or 3ds Max is preferred.
