Role Description The ENT Specialist will provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic care for patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions, including conducting outpatient consultations, performing clinical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic tests. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, performing relevant ENT procedures, coordinating pre- and post-operative care, and collaborating with other medical specialists to ensure integrated patient management. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols and Ministry of Health regulations, and participating in quality improvement and infection control initiatives. The ENT Specialist will offer patient education, provide follow-up care, and contribute to emergency coverage as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Dar As Sihha Medical Center in Dammam.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed residency or specialist training in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT).
• Valid professional license or eligibility to obtain licensure from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in ENT diagnostics, medical management, and common ENT procedures and surgeries.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and evidence-based treatment planning.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other specialists and nursing staff.
• Clear and compassionate communication skills for interacting with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to patient-centric care, ethical practice, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Experience in emergency ENT care and managing acute cases is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and use of electronic health records.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts and participate in on‑call duties as required.
• Medical degree with specialization in ENT / Otolaryngology.
• Valid SCFHS classification and registration.
• Valid professional license to practice in Saudi Arabia.
• Relevant clinical experience as an ENT Specialist.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
