Job Title: General Manager (Construction - F&B QSR Café)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee construction projects within the Food & Beverage (F&B) Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Café sectors. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of construction management exceptional leadership abilities and a strong background in the F&B industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects while ensuring quality safety and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initial planning through completion within the F&B QSR and Café sectors.
- Develop project plans timelines and budgets ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress addressing any issues or delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations building codes and safety standards.
- Manage and mentor project teams fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement best practices for project management and construction processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status risks and opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management with a focus on the F&B QSR or Café industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of construction methods materials and legal regulations.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
