About Knaf Al Sham

Knaf Al Sham is an established Levantine restaurant in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, specializing in authentic Lebanese, Syrian, and Jordanian cuisine. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a kitchen team of approximately 25 employees.
• Oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations while maintaining consistent food quality.
• Specialize in authentic Lebanese cuisine, with strong knowledge of Syrian and Jordanian dishes, including Mansaf.
• Develop and standardize recipes, portion sizes, presentation, and kitchen procedures.
• Manage food costing, inventory, purchasing, waste control, and supplier coordination.
• Train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Maintain high standards of taste, consistency, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in established Lebanese or Levantine restaurants.
• Strong expertise in authentic Lebanese cuisine.
• Proven experience managing large kitchen teams in a busy restaurant.
• Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and cost-control skills.
• Experience managing full-day restaurant operations is essential.
• Practical cooking assessment and professional references will be required.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: USD 3,500 (approximately SAR 13,125), depending on experience and qualifications.
• Accommodation, meals, and medical insurance.
• Other employment terms will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
