Job Summary
As an F&B Waiter you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and professional delivery of services to hotel guests. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Executing service delivery in strict adherence to brand service standards
- Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment with meticulous attention to detail
- Participating fully in departmental training sessions to enhance professional skills and elevate service levels
- Engaging with guests in a professional and courteous manner to maximize guest satisfaction
- Contributing to the hotels financial performance through efficient and high-quality service
Qualifications :
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Basic English skills are a must.
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs always remaining calm and courteous.
