Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist who combines creativity with the ability to execute marketing activities and produce attractive designs aligned with the company’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Create and develop marketing content for social media platforms.

Design social media posts, advertisements, and digital and print marketing materials.

Contribute to the development of marketing plans and campaigns and monitor their implementation.

Write and develop marketing copy tailored to the target audience.

Coordinate and schedule social media posts and monitor audience engagement across platforms.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare brief reports on campaign results.

Ensure consistency in designs and content with the company’s visual identity.

Stay updated on the latest trends and creative ideas in marketing and graphic design.

Qualifications and Requirements

1–2 years of practical experience in marketing and graphic design.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.

Good knowledge of social media platforms and the type of content suitable for each platform.

Good writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

A portfolio showcasing previous work is an added advantage.

English proficiency at a suitable level for the role is an added advantage.
