Job description
Main Duties:
Core Competencies
Capable of operating chemical injection units.
Assist in operating small centrifugal pump and mixing tanks.
Understand basic nitrogen equipment layout
Technical Knowledge
Identify suction/discharge flow path
Chemical compatibility and MSDS requirements
Knows limits of equipment (MAWP, hose ratings)
Support Competencies
Clear understanding of job planning and execution processes.
Effective client communication before/during/after jobs.
Completion of support competency checklist.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently operates chemical injection pumps.
Assist in operating N2 Vaporizer.
Assist in operating mixing package.
Assist triplex pump operator/Nitrogen Pump operator in rig-up and rig-down
Engages with client on proposals & execution plans
Skills
Operation of:
Chemical Injection Units
Small centrifugal pumps
Basic mixing tank operations
Understanding of:
Suction/discharge flow path
Chemical compatibility
SDS requirements
Basic nitrogen equipment layout - Client engagement - Completion of Level 1 competencies
